Throughout the world, tropical cyclones have caused billions of dollars in damage. They are also known as hurricanes, typhoons, and cyclones. Hurricanes are one of the deadliest natural disasters known to mankind. Aside from the damage hurricanes cause by themselves, they also cause many other deadly natural disasters, such as tornadoes, storm surges, floods, and very high winds.
